“Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
1 tablet contains 40 mg of cholecalciferol, which corresponds to 0.1 mg (4000 IU) vitamin D3.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose (type 102), calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, gelatinized corn starch, crospovidone (type A), sucrose, magnesium stearate, sodium ascorbate, triglycerides of medium-chain saturated fatty acids, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, all -rac-α-Tocopherol .
Dosage
To prevent vitamin D3 deficiency in obese adults, it is recommended to use 4000 IU per day from October to April or throughout the year if skin synthesis of the vitamin is not ensured in the summer months.
The tablet should be taken orally with water. Without medical supervision, do not take the drug for longer than 3 months or in doses higher than recommended.
Indications
Vigalex Max is intended for obese adults (BMI≥30) who suffer from vitamin D deficiency.
Contraindications
Do not take the tablets if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, have hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria, kidney stones, severe renal failure, or have pseudohypoparathyroidism.”
