It serves as a reusable cooling or warming compress. Suitable for nausea, fainting, burns, pain in soft tissues and muscles, bruises and minor injuries.
This will help soothe postoperative wounds and reduce swelling. The reusable hot or cold gel pouch stays soft and pliable even when frozen. Easy to clean with soap and water.
Use:
Cool compress: put the bag in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Warm compress: place the bag in boiling water for 5 minutes or in a 650W microwave for 1 minute.
Before applying to the skin, we recommend wrapping the pack with the included cloth to prevent skin burns or frostbite.
The bag can be repeatedly cooled and heated alternately.
Shelf life is usually 5 years with proper handling.
