Directions for use:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 3 tablets before the two main meals. Children between 8 and 12 years of age: 2 tablets before the two main meals. Take the recommended dose with plenty of water and swallow one tablet at a time. Do not suck or chew the tablet. People with swallowing difficulties may dissolve the tablets in lukewarm water or unsweetened herbal teas by stirring until they dissolve completely.
